what can i expect from

what time should i arrive?
Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes before the time indicated on your ticket to allow additional time for ticket scanning and bag checks. We are unable to guarantee entry for those who miss your selected time slot.
what AGE IS BEYOND VAN GOGH SUITABLE FOR?
Beyond Van Gogh is an experience that can be enjoyed by everyone. Please note, children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Children 3 and under enter free but must have a (free) ticket booked in advance.

WILL THERE BE FOOD AND BEVERAGE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE AT THE EXHIBIT?
Yes. Drinks and snacks will be available to purchase inside the P&J Live venue. Additionally, there is a café on-site, The Mill, and a restaurant, 195 Bar & Grill, offering a variety of dining options. Food and drinks are not permitted inside the experience, and no outside food or drinks are allowed inside the venue. Please check the P&J Live website for more information and opening hours. IF I MISS ENTRY TIME OR I AM RUNNING LATE, CAN I STILL GET IN?
Please try to arrive as close to your booked time slot as possible. While we will do our absolute best to accommodate those who are late, during busier periods, entry cannot be guaranteed.
DO YOU OFFER CARER TICKETS FOR PATRONS WITH DISABILITIES?
Yes, we offer carer tickets for patrons with disabilities who require a companion to attend. The combined total cost for the patron and their companion is equivalent to the price of one full ticket.
