beyond van gogh?
Witness over 300 masterpieces, including instantly recognisable classics such as “The Starry Night”, “Sunflowers” and “Café Terrace at Night”, now freed from their frames. Van Gogh’s art comes to life by appearing and disappearing, flowing across multiple surfaces, and heightening the senses with their immense detail.

It has already been seen by more than five million people across the United States and Canada. And is now taking the UK by storm, with the unmissable show being staged in various cities across the country.  
WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes before the time indicated on your ticket to allow additional time for ticket scanning and bag checks. We are unable to guarantee entry for those who miss your selected time slot.

Limited seating is available during the experience and is only available on a first come first serve basis. We encourage guests to leave available seating for those with mobility limitations. IS THERE A CLOAKROOM FOR ME TO STORE MY THINGS WHILE I AM IN THE EXHIBIT?
There are no cloakroom facilities on site so please travel light.
WILL THERE BE FOOD AND BEVERAGE AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE AT THE EXHIBIT?
Yes, Food and drinks are available to purchase inside the SEC Centre. CLYDEBUILT Bar & Kitchen is conveniently located at the East entrance of the SEC Centre. Please check the venue website here for more information and opening hours.
HOW DO I GET TO THE SEC CENTRE?
The Scottish Event Campus is located just outside Glasgow city centre in the west-end. The campus is accessible by numerous transport options. For more information on getting here, please head over to the venue page here.

HOW LONG IS THE EXPERIENCE?
The experience will last approximately one hour.
IF I MISS MY ENTRY TIME OR I AM
RUNNING LATE, CAN I STILL GET IN?
Please try to arrive within 15 minutes of your booked time slot. While we will do our absolute best to accommodate those who are late, during busier periods, entry cannot be guaranteed. If you miss your selected time, we are unable to offer a refund.
ARE BUGGIES ALLOWED
IN THE EXHIBITION?
Yes, buggies are permitted inside the experience, but please be mindful of others when manoeuvring within the space. Please note, there will not be any facilities for storing or parking buggies so please do not leave them unattended.
WILL THERE BE A GIFT SHOP?
Round off your visit at our gift shop where a beautiful selection of curated gifts – from framed Art Prints to souvenir Magnets will be available to purchase. Please note, the shop is cashless.
CAN I BRING BAGS INTO THE EXHIBIT?
We encourage you to leave valuables, large bags and other personal belongings at home. For the safety of our visitors and the exhibit, all bags entering or leaving the exhibit, are subject to inspection. Backpacks, suitcases and larger bags are not permitted inside the exhibit.
CAN I TOUCH THE SCREENS

No, we kindly ask all attendees to refrain from touching the screens during the experience.
WHAT AGES IS BEYOND VAN
GOGH SUITABLE FOR?
Beyond Van Gogh is an experience that can be enjoyed by everyone. Please note, children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Children 3 and under enter free.
IS THERE ANY PARKING AVAILABLE?

Yes, the show contains bright lights and in some parts, loud sounds that may cause discomfort for people with photosensitive epilepsy, sensitivity to loud sounds or other similar medical conditions. ARE THE SHOWS SUITABLE FOR THE HEARING IMPAIRED?
Beyond Van Gogh has been created for guests of all abilities and ages to enjoy. The exhibit is primarily a visual experience which is supported with written materials throughout. We do not provide interpreters; however, you are able to bring a carer free of charge to assist. Please check the venue website for more information.
CAN THE SHOWS TRIGGER VERTIGO OR MOTION SICKNESS?
Yes, the moving images, sounds and lights involved in the immersive experience may cause dizziness, motion sickness or vertigo. If you are concerned that this may affect your experience, please consult with a medical professional prior to attending the show.

WHAT TICKET OPTIONS ARE THERE?
GENERAL ENTRY TICKET
Adult and child general entry tickets to Beyond Van Gogh.

FLEXI TICKET  
The Flexi ticket gives you greater flexibility allowing you to enter 2 hours either side of your chosen time slot. Please note, children under three do not need to purchase a Flexi Ticket. Flexi tickets must be purchased at point of purchase and shown on entry to the exhibit.

VIP TICKET
Our VIP tickets allows you to enter the experience at any time during the day of your chosen date. The VIP ticket also includes a queue jump and two complimentary merchandise items. Location for collection will be communicated prior to entry.

CHILDREN 3 AND UNDER
Children three and under enter for free, but a ticket must be booked for every child in attendance for health and safety reasons.
CAN I ADD A FLEXI-TICKET LATER?
Flexi tickets must be purchased at time of booking. They cannot be added later.
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
Tickets for Beyond Van Gogh are non-refundable. In some circumstances, tickets can be moved to an alternative date, however, this is dependent on the venue.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS / CONCESSIONS?
We offer a discount for guests aged 65+ / NHS workers and Students. Please note, you will be asked to present relevant documentation upon arrival.
WHAT IS A YOGA TICKET?
Where possible we will offer a weekend yoga session. Enjoy a 50-minute gentle yoga practice inside the exhibit led by an instructor before it opens to public. A Yoga ticket also includes entry to the exhibit after. Please note, mats are not provided.
CAN I CHANGE MY BOOKING TO ANOTHER DATE?
If you can no longer attend your booking, you may be able to reschedule, but will be dependent on the venue’s policy. Requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled entry time on your ticket. Fees may apply. Please contact Ticketmaster directly for more information.
