what time should i arrive?
Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes before the time indicated on your ticket to allow additional time for ticket scanning and bag checks. We are unable to guarantee entry for those who miss your selected time slot.

Beyond Van Gogh is an experience that can be enjoyed by everyone. Please note, children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. Children 3 and under enter free.

Yes. Drinks and snacks will be available to purchase inside the Exhibition Centre venue. Food and drinks are not permitted inside the experience. No outside food or drinks allowed inside the venue.
